Spanish Easter Poem, Crossword, Cloze Activity and Vocabulary List - This original rhyming 4 stanza poem about Easter eggs includes 4 color adjectives, 3 pattern words and mentions places that Easter eggs can be found such as in a basket, on the grass and even on the beaches! The lines are easy to learn for students of all ages.
Also included with the poem:
1. A cloze exercise of the poem
2. Crossword with Easter vocabulary from the poem. Students complete the crossword, write the Spanish word next to the English clue and write Spanish words under the 8 clip art images shown.
3. 19 word vocabulary list for use in completing the crossword and cloze activity. These are copied 2 per page for student handouts.
Felices Pascuas!
Students conjugate 7 common regular ER verbs, and 7 common regular IR verbs, and provide the English meaning of each of the infinitives. Sample verbs included are abrir, permitir, subir, escribir, comer, beber, vender, and aprender.
The answer key is included.

There are 2 versions of the booklets to allow for differentiation, and each version contains 2 sets. Version 1 contains phrases or sentences, and Version 2 contains individual words only.
Each set contains one booklet with text and images and the other contains text only so students can sketch and create their own versions of the booklets. Both booklets contain a title page and 7 additional pages. Also included are suggestions for using the booklets and an assembly instruction page.
Students first cut out and read the text/images booklet. They then sketch and cut out the text only booklet. These can be shared with classmates, or taken home and read to family members.
The illustration version can be projected in class to present, review and practice pronunciation of the vocabulary. The text only version can be projected onto the Smart Board and students can draw pictures on the Smart Board that correspond to the text.
The booklets can also be used as flashcards by folding under the text on each page.
This is a 2-person, 10 line skit between a teacher and student on the last day of school. The teacher asks a series of questions about the student's summer plans, and suggests favorite foods to try when the student travels to Oaxaca with her family. Key phrases and vocabulary used include querer + infinitive, qué suerte tienes, gracias por, ir a infinitive, buen viaje, deber + infinitive, estar, and claro.

This resource contains a bird's eye view of a house. There is one page labeled as follows:
1. 10 labeled rooms, plus garage, patio, and hallway
2. Each room word is underlined and the contents of each room are labeled with arrows pointing to many of the words.
3. There are over 50 images labeled with French words.
There is also one page with images that students can label.
Uses for this resource:
1. Present and practice vocabulary
2. Labeling assignment for students
3. Practice prepositions of location - give each student a copy of the diagram. Dictate 2 words and have students determine an appropriate French preposition for the words.
4. Students write about each room of the house using the words contained in each.
Also included is an additional page with suggested uses.
Spanish Street Scene by Fernando Botero 7 Sentences - Combine hispanic culture with Spanish grammar, clothing, and vocabulary for different people words! This activity includes 7 sentences with at least 2 underlined words that must be corrected based on Botero's Street painting. A sample sentence is: Las personas en la pintura corren en la playa. Students make corrections and then provide the English meaning for each sentence. Botero's unique style is sure to make him a favorite with your students!

Spanish Commands: 18 Informal Tú Commands with Household Chores - Students translate 18 short English to Spanish commands. Sample commands are feed the pets, cook dinner, and take out the trash.

Each booklet contains 8 pages: the title page with 7 additional pages containing common Spanish Christmas words. Suggestions for using the booklets and an assembly instruction page are included.
Students first cut, assemble, and read the booklet with text and illustrations of words associated with the first Christmas. Words included are: such as the Three Kings, Baby Jesus, manger, star, Bethlehem, gifts, Mary and Joseph, . They then create their own version using the text only template. Students will have fun sketching these items and will get excited about the season while sharing with their classmates and family members!

Students practice adjective placement and agreement in gender of Spanish color adjectives with animal nouns. A sample question is "green fox". Students are instructed to write a Spanish animal word under each of the 10 clip art images shown.

Spanish Transportation Crossword Puzzle Worksheet - El Transporte - This activity contains 20 clues for different modes of transportation. A full conjugation of tener in the present tense is included. One page is alphabetized Spanish to English and one is alphabetized English to Spanish.
